Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ScreenshotPop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

ScreenshotPop provides tools to transform screenshots and screen recordings into animated content. Images are sent to our servers for rendering and immediately deleted after processing. Videos are stored briefly on our servers (up to 6 hours) to support editing, then automatically deleted. Turbo Render additionally sends media to AWS Lambda for rendering, as described in our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the content you create using our service
• You must have the rights to any images or videos you upload and process
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• You must not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the images and videos you upload and the content you create. ScreenshotPop claims no ownership over your content. The ScreenshotPop service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Free and Paid Tiers

ScreenshotPop offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro tier with full access. The free tier includes 1 lifetime export. Pro access is a one-time payment that grants lifetime access to all current and future features, with no export limits, plus 2 Turbo Render credits included at purchase.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and usage limits with reasonable notice to users.

Turbo Credits

Turbo Render is an optional feature that offloads renders to a cloud rendering service (AWS Lambda) for faster exports, especially on long clips. Each Turbo render consumes one Turbo credit. Pro accounts receive 2 Turbo credits at purchase; additional credits can be bought in packs (5, 10, or 20 credits).

Credits are tied to your account and do not expire. If a Turbo render fails for any reason, the credit is automatically refunded to your balance.

Credit packs are non-refundable once any credit in the pack has been consumed. Unused packs can be refunded on request within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all ScreenshotPop Pro purchases. If you're not satisfied with the product for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

Turbo credit packs follow the policy in the Turbo Credits section above: fully refundable if none of the pack's credits have been used, otherwise non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

ScreenshotPop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
